Galangal is a white root herb in the same family as Ginger but has distinct taste and aroma.
It is commonly used in Tom Yum Soup and many Thai Curry Dishes – giving dishes an extra smooth taste. To ensure the taste is just right, our galangal is harvested at the moment they start to change color. This ensures they are harvested at the right maturity, with beautiful appearance and distinct aroma.
