Scallions are vegetables of various Allium onion species. Scallions have a milder taste than most onions. There are different varieties of Chillies, the most popular is our Super hot variety -Bird Eye Chilli
Widely used in Thai dishes. Bird eye chillis are commonly tossed raw into spicy Thai salads, giving an extra spicy kick. Another mild taste chilli- Long Chilli is widely used for paste, also, crushed into Puree to make various sauces.
